By accessing or using the Scrubbed and Wired website, training platform, or any associated content (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Scrubbed and Wired provides educational training content for Interventional Radiology (IR) professionals and trainees, including but not limited to:

Procedural workflow demonstrations
Device setup instruction
Educational videos and materials
Examination preparation content, including practice questions and mock examinations

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

3. Not Medical Advice

Scrubbed and Wired content:

Does NOT constitute medical advice
Does NOT replace physician direction
Does NOT replace institutional protocols or policies

Users are solely responsible for:

Clinical decisions
Patient care
Following their facility's guidelines

By using this Service, you acknowledge that you assume full responsibility for how you apply any information.

4. Exam Preparation, Certification & Continuing Education

4.1 No Affiliation with Credentialing or Accrediting Bodies

Scrubbed and Wired, LLC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, approved by, or otherwise associated with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), the Association for Vascular and Interventional Radiography (AVIR), the American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT), or any other certifying, credentialing, licensing, or accrediting body, except as expressly and specifically stated in writing on this platform with respect to a particular program or approval.

ARRT, AVIR, ASRT, and all related names, marks, and examination titles are the property of their respective owners and are referenced on this platform for identification and descriptive purposes only. Such reference does not imply any relationship, endorsement, or sponsorship.

Examination preparation content offered by Scrubbed and Wired — including practice questions, question banks, mock examinations, and study materials — is independently developed by Scrubbed and Wired. It is not drawn from, derived from, licensed by, reviewed by, or approved by any credentialing body, and no content on this platform reproduces actual examination questions or secure examination materials.

4.2 No Guarantee of Examination Results

Scrubbed and Wired makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee that use of its examination preparation content will result in a passing score, any particular score, or the attainment of any certification, registration, licensure, credential, employment, or professional advancement.

Examination content, content specifications, blueprints, scoring methodology, and eligibility requirements are established solely by the applicable credentialing body and may change at any time without notice to Scrubbed and Wired or to Users. It is the User's sole responsibility to verify current examination requirements, content specifications, application deadlines, and eligibility criteria directly with the credentialing body.

Scores, percentages, or results generated by practice questions, mock examinations, or any assessment tool on this platform are provided for self-assessment purposes only. They are not predictive of, and should not be relied upon as an indicator of, performance on any actual examination.

4.3 Continuing Education Credit

Where Scrubbed and Wired expressly designates specific content as approved for continuing education (CE) credit, that approval is granted by an independent third-party accrediting organization and is subject to that organization's terms, conditions, requirements, and approval period. Approval may be granted, denied, modified, suspended, or allowed to lapse at any time by the accrediting organization. Scrubbed and Wired does not guarantee the initial availability, continued availability, or renewal of CE credit for any content.

Content that is not expressly designated as CE-approved does not carry continuing education credit, regardless of its subject matter or format.

It is the User's sole responsibility to:

confirm whether CE credit earned through this platform is accepted by the User's employer, state licensing board, credentialing body, or professional organization;
verify the number and type of credits required to maintain the User's credential or licensure; and
retain the User's own records of course completion and credit documentation.

Scrubbed and Wired is not responsible for any credit that is rejected, reduced, or not accepted by any third party, nor for any consequence arising from a User's failure to obtain or maintain required continuing education, certification, or licensure.

5. User Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

This platform is intended for:

Medical professionals
Students
Individuals pursuing IR-related education

6. Account Responsibility

When you create an account, you agree:

To provide accurate information
To maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
That you are responsible for all activity under your account

7. Account Sharing & Unauthorized Use

CRITICAL: Each account is intended for individual use only.

You agree that you will NOT:

Share your login credentials
Allow multiple users to access a single account
Distribute access within a department, hospital, or group without proper licensing

Scrubbed and Wired reserves the right to:

Monitor usage patterns
Suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse
Deny access without refund if abuse is detected

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including videos, graphics, training materials, practice questions, question banks, mock examinations, and branding, is the property of Scrubbed and Wired, LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

You may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
Record or screen-capture training materials
Transcribe, compile, or redistribute practice questions or examination content in any form
Share content externally

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

9. Payments, Pricing & Access

One-Time Purchases (if applicable)

Grants access as described at the time of purchase.

Subscription Plans (if applicable)

Subscription plans are billed on a recurring basis (annual or otherwise) and automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled before the renewal date. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Scrubbed and Wired, LLC to charge the payment method on file for each renewal term at the rate then in effect.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops all future billing and takes effect at the end of your current paid term. You will retain access to your subscription content through the end of that term. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid, and Scrubbed and Wired does not issue prorated refunds for partial subscription terms, except as expressly provided in Section 10.

Institutional, Department & Multi-Seat Access

Access purchased for use by more than one individual — including department, hospital, facility, or group licensing — is governed by a separate written agreement between Scrubbed and Wired, LLC and the purchasing organization. Where such an agreement exists, its terms control with respect to seat count, pricing, renewal, and refunds. Absent a separate written agreement, all purchases are individual-use only as described in Section 7.

Promotional Offers, Coupons & Renewal Pricing

From time to time, Scrubbed and Wired may extend limited-time promotional offers, coupon codes, discounted upgrade pricing, founding member pricing, or other special pricing to Users via email, marketing communications, partner arrangements, or other channels (each, a "Promotional Offer"). All Promotional Offers are extended at Scrubbed and Wired's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time prior to redemption.

Currency. All prices, discounts, and coupon values are stated and processed in United States Dollars (USD). Any currency conversion, foreign transaction fee, or exchange rate applied by a User's bank or card issuer is the sole responsibility of the User. Scrubbed and Wired is not responsible for any difference between the USD amount charged and the amount debited in the User's local currency, and refunds are issued in USD in the amount actually received by Scrubbed and Wired.

Application to initial term only. Unless the offer expressly states otherwise in writing, a Promotional Offer or coupon applies only to the initial subscription term to which it is applied — for annual plans, the first twelve (12) months — and does not establish a recurring, ongoing, or grandfathered price. Upon expiration of that term, the subscription will automatically renew at Scrubbed and Wired's then-current, generally published standard rate for the plan tier held by the User, and not at the promotional or discounted rate paid initially. Published standard rates may change over time, including as a result of enrollment caps, membership tier changes, or general pricing updates, and the rate in effect at the time of renewal will apply. This provision applies regardless of the payment method on file and regardless of whether the subscription is set to auto-renew.

Coupon terms. Unless expressly stated otherwise in the offer, coupon codes:

are non-transferable and hold no cash value;
may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, credit, or account balance;
may not be combined with any other offer, coupon, or discount;
are limited to one (1) per transaction and one (1) per User;
must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retroactively to a completed purchase; and
expire on the date stated in the offer or, if no date is stated, thirty (30) days from the date of issuance.

Scrubbed and Wired reserves the right to void any coupon that is duplicated, resold, published, or distributed without authorization, or that is obtained or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms, and to cancel, reprice, or revoke access to any order placed using such a coupon.

Refunds on discounted purchases. Any refund issued under Section 10 for a purchase made using a Promotional Offer or coupon is limited to the actual amount paid by the User, and not the undiscounted list price of the plan or product.

10. Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If our course or membership isn't the right fit for you, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your original purchase — no questions asked. To request a refund, contact our support team at [email protected] within 7 days of your original purchase date.

After 7 days, all sales are final.

Initial purchase only. The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to a User's initial purchase only. It does not renew, reset, or restart upon subscription renewal, upgrade, downgrade, plan change, or reactivation of a previously canceled account.

Renewal payments. Subscription renewal payments are not covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee. You may cancel at any time to stop future billing, as described in Section 9. Refunds on renewal payments are not guaranteed and may be granted only at the sole discretion of Scrubbed and Wired, LLC.

Discounted and promotional purchases. Where a purchase was made using a Promotional Offer or coupon, any refund is limited to the actual amount paid by the User, in United States Dollars (USD), and not the undiscounted list price.

No refunds based on examination or credentialing outcomes. No refund will be issued on the basis of a User's performance on any examination, failure to obtain any certification or credential, or denial or non-acceptance of continuing education credit by any third party.

Refunds withheld for Terms violations. Notwithstanding the above, no refund will be issued where a User has violated these Terms of Service, including but not limited to sharing login credentials, allowing multiple individuals to access a single account, or distributing access without proper licensing (see Section 7 — Account Sharing & Unauthorized Use).

If you experience a technical issue accessing your content at any time, please contact our support team and we will work to resolve it promptly.

In the event of any conflict between this Section 10 and the Refund Policy page published on our website, this Section 10 controls.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and restrict access for:

Violation of these Terms
Suspected abuse
Unauthorized sharing

No refunds will be provided in such cases.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Continuous availability
Error-free content
Specific outcomes from use of training
Any examination result, score, certification, credential, or continuing education credit

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Scrubbed and Wired, LLC to any User for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by that User to Scrubbed and Wired LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall Scrubbed and Wired, LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This includes but is not limited to:

Any clinical outcomes
Patient-related complications
Examination failure, score outcomes, or loss of certification or credentialing eligibility
Denial, lapse, or non-acceptance of continuing education credit
Loss of data or access

Your use of this Service is at your own risk.

14. Indemnification and Hold Harmless Agreement

By purchasing, accessing, or using any content, course, video, or material provided by Scrubbed and Wired LLC ("Company"), you ("User") agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Scrubbed and Wired LLC, its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents (collectively "Protected Parties") from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, losses, settlements, judgments, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in any way related to:

User's access to, use of, or reliance upon any content, video, course material, workflow demonstration, or educational resource provided by Scrubbed and Wired LLC;
User's application, misapplication, or attempted application of any skill, technique, device setup, workflow, or procedural knowledge obtained through Scrubbed and Wired LLC in any clinical, professional, or workplace setting;
User's reliance upon any examination preparation content, practice question, question bank, or mock examination, including any examination result, credentialing outcome, or continuing education credit determination;
Any claim by a third party, including but not limited to patients, employers, co-workers, credentialing bodies, or regulatory bodies, arising from User's use of Scrubbed and Wired LLC content;
Any claim that content provided by Scrubbed and Wired LLC constitutes medical advice, clinical instruction, or a substitute for formal professional training or licensure;
User's violation of any provision of these Terms of Service;
User's violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law, regulation, or professional standard in connection with their use of this platform.

14.1 No Liability for Clinical Outcomes

Scrubbed and Wired LLC provides educational and informational content only. The Company expressly disclaims any and all liability for clinical decisions, patient outcomes, procedural errors, workplace incidents, or professional consequences arising from a User's application of any content accessed through this platform. Nothing in our content constitutes medical advice, clinical guidance, or a guarantee of competency.

14.2 Scope of Protection

This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination or expiration of User's account or membership and shall apply regardless of whether the claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

14.3 Company's Right to Defense

Scrubbed and Wired LLC reserves the right to assume exclusive control of the defense of any matter subject to indemnification by User, at User's expense. User agrees to cooperate fully with the Company in asserting any available defenses.

14.4 No Waiver

The failure of Scrubbed and Wired LLC to enforce any provision of this section shall not constitute a waiver of the Company's right to enforce it in the future.

15. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.

16. Class Action Waiver

User agrees that any dispute with Scrubbed and Wired LLC shall be resolved on an individual basis only. User expressly waives any right to bring or participate in any class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against Scrubbed and Wired LLC. No arbitrator or court shall have authority to consolidate claims or preside over any form of class or representative proceeding.

17. Arbitration

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall take place in Broward County, Florida. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Scrubbed and Wired LLC reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

Subject to the arbitration provision in Section 17, this Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. User agrees that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or User's use of Scrubbed and Wired LLC that is not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida. User hereby consents to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waives any objection to venue in such courts.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms of Service is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
