Your VI Exam Prep access ends with your paid Premier access.
Payment schedule. This is an annual membership paid in installments. Your first 12-month Premier term costs $600, plus any applicable taxes, paid as three payments of $200: one today, one 1 month after purchase, and one 2 months after purchase, plus any applicable taxes on each payment. Access begins with your first successful payment and continues subject to timely payment and our Terms of Service.

Refund and Billing Terms
Scrubbed and Wired sells digital training content that is delivered to your account immediately after purchase. Because access is granted right away, all purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not issue refunds, credits, exchanges, or prorated reimbursements, except where a refund is required by law or falls under one of the limited exceptions described in our full Refund Policy.
This applies whether or not you log in, watch the videos, or download the materials.
Subscriptions compared with one-time purchases
Core Path and Premier Path provide annual access. Pay-in-full subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months at the rate shown on your plan unless you cancel before your renewal date. You can cancel future renewal in your account billing settings or by emailing [email protected], and we will email you a reminder in advance of each renewal. If you pay for Premier in three installments, the next paragraphs explain your payment schedule, annual renewal, and cancellation.
Premier Path paid in three installments is still an annual membership. The 3-payment option buys the same 12-month Premier term for $600, paid as $200 at purchase, $200 one month later, and $200 two months after purchase. Access begins with your first successful payment and continues subject to timely payment and our Terms of Service. With your express annual-renewal authorization at checkout, your membership renews 12 months after your first successful payment and every 12 months thereafter for one payment of $599, plus any applicable taxes, unless you cancel future renewal before your renewal date. Your $599 annual pay-in-full renewal rate remains locked while your membership stays continuously active and in good standing. If your membership is canceled, expires, or is terminated, this locked rate may no longer be available if you later resubscribe. Completing your third payment does not restart your membership year.
To cancel future renewal for the installment plan, email [email protected] before your renewal date. We will confirm your request and send a reminder in advance of each renewal.
Installments at renewal. You may request three monthly payments of $200, totaling $600 plus any applicable taxes, for another 12-month Premier term. Email [email protected] before your renewal date so we can arrange and confirm the installment plan before the $599 annual renewal charge. Renewal installments begin at the start of your new membership term.
Canceling future renewal stops the next annual charge. It does not cancel installments still owed for your current annual membership, except as provided in our Refund Policy or required by law. If an installment payment fails, we may suspend or end your access until the amount owed is paid in full, as described in our Terms of Service.
VI Exam Prep purchased on its own or as a Core member add-on is a one-time purchase, not a subscription. It provides 365 days of access beginning on the purchase date, expires automatically at the end of that period, and does not renew. No further VI Exam Prep charge is made. For Premier members, VI Exam Prep is included in the subscription with no separate charge and no separate billing cycle, and access ends when paid Premier access ends.
When a VI Exam Prep access period ends
The product is removed from your library and you will no longer be able to view the quizzes, explanations, scores, attempt history, or results. Continued availability of those materials after expiration is not guaranteed, and we do not undertake to preserve, restore, or provide them once access has ended. Save anything you want to keep before your access period ends. Access afterward requires a new purchase at the price and terms available at that time.
No refund, credit, proration, or extension is provided for an unused portion of an access period, for expiration of the period, or for not finishing the material in time.

Because purchases are final, we give you a real way to evaluate us first. Three full-length IR training videos are free, no purchase required. Watch them, look at the curriculum, check what is included in each tier, and email us with questions at [email protected] before you spend anything.
Examination outcomes
Scrubbed and Wired is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the ARRT or any other credentialing body. We do not guarantee any examination result, score, certification, or credential, and refunds are not provided on the basis of examination performance. See Section 4 of our Terms of Service.

If you cannot get into your content at any point, contact [email protected] before contacting your bank. Access problems are almost always fixable in a few minutes, and we would rather solve it than have you lose your account over a dispute.
