How do I update my payment information?+
Log into your account, go to Account Settings, and select Billing. You can update your card or payment details there at any time.
Can I share my account with colleagues?+
No. Accounts are licensed to a single user with one login. This protects the integrity of our content, ensures fair access for paying members, and allows us to keep producing high-quality material. Shared logins are monitored and may be suspended without refund. For groups, we offer team and institutional plans with multi-seat access — contact us for pricing.
