Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If our course or membership isn't the right fit for you, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of your original purchase — no questions asked.

How it works

If you'd like a refund, email us at [email protected] within 7 days of your original purchase date. Include your full name and the email address you used at checkout so we can locate your order quickly.

Once we receive your request, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.

All refunds are issued in United States Dollars (USD) in the amount actually received by Scrubbed and Wired. We are not responsible for currency conversion differences, exchange rate changes, or foreign transaction fees applied by your bank or card issuer.

Discounts and coupons

If you purchased using a coupon code, promotional offer, or discounted rate, your refund will be limited to the actual amount you paid — not the undiscounted list price of the plan.

After the 7-day window

We're unable to offer refunds on purchases made more than 7 days ago. We encourage you to explore the program fully within your first week to make sure it's the right fit.

Initial purchase only

The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to your initial purchase only. It does not renew, reset, or restart when your subscription renews, when you upgrade or change plans, or when you reactivate a previously canceled account.

Membership renewals

Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops all future billing and takes effect at the end of your current paid term — you'll keep access through the end of that term.

Renewal payments are not covered by the 7-day money-back guarantee, and we do not issue prorated refunds for partial subscription terms. Refunds on renewal payments are not guaranteed and may be granted only at the sole discretion of Scrubbed and Wired LLC. Promotional pricing at renewal

Coupons, promotional offers, and discounted rates apply only to the initial subscription term to which they are applied — for annual plans, the first twelve (12) months. Unless an offer expressly states otherwise in writing, your subscription will renew at our then-current standard published rate for your plan tier, not at the promotional rate you paid initially.

Exam preparation and continuing education

Scrubbed and Wired does not guarantee any examination result, score, certification, or credential, and does not guarantee that continuing education credit will be approved, remain approved, or be accepted by any employer, licensing board, or credentialing body. Refunds are not issued on the basis of examination performance, failure to obtain a certification or credential, or the denial or non-acceptance of continuing education credit by a third party. Please see Section 4 of our Terms of Service for full details.

Refunds withheld for Terms violations

No refund will be issued where a User has violated our Terms of Service, including sharing login credentials, allowing multiple individuals to access a single account, or distributing access without proper licensing.
